I finally found a realtor who exceeded my expectations! Even though my first conversation with Tammy Jo was telling her (in no uncertain terms) I didn’t want her help as I intended to find some rental properties to buy on my own. She patiently waited until my frustration mounted in dealing with the many different listing agents. When we finally connected, she felt like a life preserver in a storm tossed sea as I was tired of being tossed about by listing agents only interested in the sale, not about me. Really, Tammy Jo is distinctly different, refreshingly helpful!

If you are reading this and haven’t found a realtor who really listens to what you are looking for, stop looking! If I had to only use two words to describe Tammy Jo, they would be “muscular grace”.

She used her strength as a professional realtor to deal with not only the buyer (me) with preconceived notions and past poor experiences, deal with fellow listing agents to try to arrange an appointment time for me to inspect the rental properties I wanted to look at, but also in talking with current tenants who had zero incentive or desire to accommodate said showings. She was fearless and undaunted as numerous miscommunications made an 8:15 am showing awkward at best. A good realtor negotiates between the buyer and seller. Tammy Jo’s negotiating skills were much stronger than I ever imagined, she helped me pay $10,000 less than I was willing to pay!

Her “grace” was even more impressive yet. Watching her, I learned it isn’t what you say but often how you say it. She has people skills that make it smooth and natural. She asked the tenants of the rental properties we looked at questions to assist me in my decision process that they openly answered about the property and their landlord. She was patient with me. I would be described as a high maintenance buyer, yet she was always gracious to keep things in stride. Her feathers never got ruffled!

I rate Tammy Jo on a scale of 1-10 an 11 –after 33 years in sales/sales management, I rarely give even a 10 to anyone! This may be the longest testimonial on her website, but I simply had too many good things to say.

Looking for houses in your price range, with your standards can be really discouraging especially if you don’t have someone who is willing to understand your circumstances. My husband and I looked for houses over a 6 month period and finally got so frustrated we gave up and decided maybe we would just get an apartment. We really didn’t want to throw our money away and with the way interest rates were we really wanted to start building equity into something. I was looking on GRAR one morning and found a house that looked like something we could see ourselves living in for a while. We called the company and got paired up with Tammy Jo. After our first experience with our past realtor we didn’t think anyone would be able to help us. Tammy Jo was on the ball with everything; I could e-mail her late at night and get a response early the next morning. She got us into every house we wanted to see and sent us emails daily with new houses in our price range etc. Tammy Jo was always positive and had a lot of energy! One thing that really impressed me was her knowledge on houses. She knew how to answer every question my husband and I had with full confidence and if she didn’t know she would find out as soon as possible!
